Returns & Refunds Policy

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you received a product that didn’t meet your expectations or was faulty, don’t worry. We have policies to help you get a refund, exchange, or repair, depending on your situation. Just reach out to us, and we’ll take care of it.

Returns Requirements

the customer or buyer must obtain a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from 3Coptics for all product returns. RMAs will be issued by the following terms and conditions:

  • The customer must provide all information, i.e., the location, the reason, and the order number.
  • RMA# is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
  • Purchaser must allow in-transit time for products to be returned to the 3Coptics, as the 3Coptics must physically receive the products within 30 calendar days.
  • RMAs will be issued for authorized returns under one of the following categories: (i) defective products, (ii) shipping discrepancies, (iii) mis-shipment, or (iii) damaged products.
  • The customer or buyer is responsible for ensuring that the RMA number is visible on the address label of the product packaging when it is returned. 3Coptics will refuse delivery of any boxes without a valid, clearly visible RMA number, as noted above.

Defective Product Returns

Defective returns are only for products purchased from 3Coptics that are inoperable or do not function per the specifications and are covered under warranty.

All defective returns may be subject to more restrictive policies. The customer or buyer may request an RMA to return defective products within 30 calendar days of the invoice date, excluding special order products. Upon receipt of the defective product for which the RMA was issued, 3Coptics may test the products and return to the customer or buyer any products found not to be defective at the customer’s expense. Upon verification that the returned product is defective, 3Coptics may will either:

  1. Repair the defective product.
  2. Ship the customer/buyer a replacement product.
  3. Provide the customer/buyer a credit.

 Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we deliver the item to you in error or if the item is damaged or defective.

 We will only pay for the shipping fee and possible duties in Chinese customs for defective product returns. Any additional charges not limited to expenses such as the import licenses, duties, tariffs, and taxes are borne by the buyer.
